  Steven has extensive commercial and academic experience in the high-tech industry sectors, namely photonics and semiconductors. Over a period of more than 10 years Steven has gained technical expertise in fundamental research, product development, advanced manufacturing and business expertise in project management, leadership and commercialisation of high-tech products. Steven has been involved in a number of early growth companies and initiatives as an expert in the process of taking technology from concept to commercialisation.
